Premier Andrews told to review all his Ministers
Today’s Sunday Age reports on Premier Daniel Andrews’ refusal to commit to a recommendation of his own departmental secretary that he needs to conduct capability reviews of all his Ministers’ offices.
As Liberal Leader Matthew Guy points out, Adem Somyurek is not “Robinson Crusoe” when it comes to poorly performing Ministers in the Andrews government.
Premier Andrews’ refusal to say where he stands will only add to speculation about his motives.
Is it because he treats his Ministers differently depending on what faction they’re in?
Or is it because he’s afraid of what a review would expose about his many poorly performing Ministers?
