Report confirms Labor’s rorts
Further damning revelations in the Labor rorts affair.
Premier Andrews has repeatedly claimed that Labor did nothing wrong in using taxpayer funds to pay for Labor campaign organisers at last year’s election.
However, this morning’s Herald Sun reveals that a report written by Parliamentary staff confirms that Labor’s misuse of public funds “would not survive either internal audit or scrutiny from the Auditor-General”.
Labor’s rorting their way into government using hundreds of thousands of dollars of public money to organise so-called volunteers strikes at the heart of the democratic process. The community are entitled to accountability.
