Premier needs to fix this mess

…Premier Daniel Andrews needs to step in to ensure Metro gets the productivity improvements it believes are critical to running the system…
…a dreadful precedent if the Government were to oversee a cave-in on big pay increases without the trade-offs needed to end restrictive work practices…”
