New traffic signals completed in Middleborough Road

Member for Box Hill District, Robert Clark MP and Member for Mitcham District, Dee Ryall MP, today announced the completion of new traffic signals at the intersection of Middleborough Road, Katrina Street and Heathfield Rise in Blackburn North.

In making the announcement Mr Clark said, “I’m pleased to see this important work completed, delivering on yet another Coalition election promise.”

“Road users will see changes to traffic signals, line-marking and signs that will improve traffic flow through the intersection and also improve safety,” Mr Clark said.

“A number of bus routes use this intersection and this new work will ease delays at this location,” Ms Ryall said.

“Improving public transport is a priority for the Government and this work will improve the flow of public transport through the area.”
