More costs from bungled prison smoking ban

The costs for taxpayers continue to grow from last year’s bungled introduction of smoking bans in Victorian prisons.

Prisons smoking bans have been introduced without a hitch in New Zealand, Northern Territory, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania.

If our State government can’t even manage a smoking ban in a prison, what can they manage?
