耗资 1亿澳币仅增加164个工作

去年州大选前，工党承诺人民他们有个耗资 1亿澳币的“回去工作”计划，工党声称该计划将创造10万个工作职缺。 不过上週公佈的数据显示这个 “回去工作” 就业计划仅帮助维州创造164 工作职缺。

维州现今的情况非常令人担忧，自去年 12月起维州已经失去7800个全职工作的职缺，相比新州创造84,000个全新全职工作职缺下，维州的就业情况简直惨不忍睹。

屋漏偏逢连夜雨，工党政府动用原定投入在TAFE教育的预算来支付工党的 “回去工作” 就业计画，逆向投入更多资金进这已失败的就业计划。

创造就业机会的最佳途径并非搞什麽天花乱坠的就业计画，而是要有个能取得人民信任的政府；如此才能加强投资人信心并创造更多的就业机会。

$100 million jobs plan creates only 164 jobs

Before last year’s state election, the Labor Party promised Victorians they had a $100 million “Back to Work” plan that would create 100,000 jobs.

However, figures published last week show this plan has only helped create 164 jobs. This is very concerning when Victoria has lost 7,800 full time jobs since December last year, compared with NSW creating 84,000 extra full time jobs.

To make things worse, the government is now using money that was budgeted for the TAFE system in order to pour more funds into this failed jobs plan.

The best way to create jobs for Victoria is to have a government that people trust, so businesses can invest with confidence.
