罪犯入狱即可免责罚款

Andrews 政府近期修法，被判刑入狱的罪犯可免责全部罚款。

 

倘若其他普通市民遇到罚款，无论是停车、超速又或是其他违规罚款都需全额缴纳。

 

不过从现在开始，一旦犯罪份子被送入监狱，他们即可因受到判刑入狱而得享免责罚款。

 

如此再次放鬆法制，不但让我们的法律体系变的越加脆弱，更会进一步鼓励罪犯，让他们认为可规避其犯下的罪责与应得的惩罚。

 

此次修法，事实胜于雄辩，Andrews 州长将罪犯的权益置于循规蹈矩的良好市民之上。

Prisoners to have their fines cancelled

 

The Andrews government has changed the law so that criminals who are sent to jail will have all their fines cancelled.

 

If an ordinary citizen incurs a parking fine, a speeding fine or another fine, they are required to pay their fine in full.

 

However, from now on, if a criminal gets sent to jail, they can have any unpaid fines cancelled, just for going to jail.

 

This change makes our laws look weak and encourages criminals to think they can escape any real punishment for their crimes. 

 

Yet again, Premier Andrews is putting the interests of criminals ahead of law abiding Victorians.
