犯罪浪潮推动保险费上涨

维州犯罪率的居高不下，直接造成保险费帐单飙涨。

对比新州车辆盗窃案下降 11%，过去两年内，维州汽车盗窃犯罪却增长 61%。

与此同时，维州家庭失窃的保险索赔案增加 28%，而新州增幅仅为 2%。

牵一髮而动全身，维州犯罪上涨也造成盗窃与车辆失窃保险索赔金额增加 $1.64亿澳币。

维州需要一个自由党政府，自由党将会加重量刑、让保释和假释更为严格，以此镇聂吓阻犯罪，更以此维繫保护社区邻里。

Crime wave drives up insurance bills

 

Victoria’s soaring crime rate is causing huge increases in insurance bills.

 

Over the past two years in Victoria, thefts of and from motor vehicles have jumped by 61%, compared with an 11% fall in NSW.

 

At the same time, insurance claims for home burglaries have increased by 28%, compared with just a 2% increase in NSW. 

 

As a result, insurance payments for burglaries and car thefts have increased by $164 million.

 

Victoria needs a Liberal government that will provide stronger sentences and tougher bail and parole laws to deter crime and protect the community.
