Box Hill 医院骇人听闻的医生遇袭

上週在 Box Hill 医院门口发生一起骇人听闻的攻击医生事件，该事件再次显示维州犯罪恶化的事实。

对比澳洲其他州犯罪的缓缓下降，维州犯罪反而是节节飙升。

Box Hill 医生遇袭事件起因似乎是医生要求该犯人不要站在医院门口处吸菸，激怒犯人后所引发的暴力攻击。

我们关心那位受害的医生，并为他和他家人祈祷祝福。每个维州人都应可自在平安的去上班、散步又或是享受在家的日子，

无需为暴力袭击而担心受怕。可惜随着治安恶化，犯罪飙升，那种自在与平安彷彿与我们渐行渐远。

Appalling attack on Box Hill Hospital doctor

Last week’s attack on a doctor in the foyer of Box Hill Hospital was yet another terrible example of the crime wave sweeping Victoria.

While violent crime is falling in most other states, it is continuing to soar in Victoria.

It seems the doctor was attacked simply for asking a person not to smoke while they were standing near the hospital entrance.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the doctor and to his family.  Every Victorian should be able to go to work, walk on our streets or be in their home without having to live in fear of a violent attack.
