工会威胁不止，澳洲啤酒厂风坡不断

自上周更多有关工会在澳洲最着名的企业之一，CUB 啤酒厂外进行威胁和攻击行为开始，该议题持续发酵。

作为和 CUB 抗争的工会运动，工会已在啤酒厂外设立围事营地，CCTV 监视镜头更拍摄到啤酒厂员工在上班工作的路上遭到辱骂和袭击的片段。

事件发展至今，澳洲公平委员会 (Fair Work) 已发出命令介入，试图抑止工会官员咒骂、辱骂、妨碍自由行动、不当拍摄、威胁及攻击员工等不当行为。

令人感到困扰的是，Andrews 政府一直以来对工会违法围事等行为都採取支持的态度。 政府应要告诉人民遵守法律，而不是鼓励或支持人民的违法行为。

Union intimidation continues at brewery site

More evidence became public last week of assaults and intimidation by unions outside the brewery factory of one of Australia’s best known companies, CUB.

As part of a campaign against CUB, unions have set up a picket camp in the street outside the brewery. CCTV cameras have filmed brewery workers being attacked or abused as they have tried to go to work.

Already, the Fair Work Commission has made orders to try to stop union officials from swearing at, abusing, obstructing, filming and intimidating workers.

It is very concerning that the Andrews government has been supporting the unions to continue with this law-breaking picket. The government should be telling people to obey the law, not encouraging people to break the law.
