Watchdog details CFMEU threats against female inspectors
Today’s Herald Sun carries further allegations that female building inspectors have been spat on, called sexually offensive names and received abusive late night phone calls from CFMEU officials.
The on-line Herald Sun includes audio of an offensive phone message allegedly left by CFMEU State Secretary, John Setka, on the mobile phone of a female inspector.
This sort of abusive behaviour towards women would not be tolerated in any other context, and should not be tolerated here.
Yet Premier Daniel Andrews still refuses to dump the CFMEU from the Labor Party, and instead continues to rely on their backing, their money and their manpower.
