Box Hill欢庆中国猴年

上周六在Box Hill 的中国猴年园游会举办的非常成功，活动从下午一路欢庆直至凌晨方休。　活动期间，数以万计的民众都愉快的在当天多姿多采的表演、丰富美味的美食和让人眼花撩乱的摊位中渡过愉快的时光。

我和同僚联邦 Deakin 议员 Michael Sukkar、自由党联邦 Chisholm 选区候选人 Julia Banks 在当天也都忙碌的和民众互动会面， 大家对于我们提供的气球、小礼品、现场手写春联及新年猴娃大抽奖活动反应尤为热烈。

我在此祝贺白马市亚裔商会及活动中所有的义工、表演者、贊助商和参与的朋友们。 是大家的努力，方能缔造猴年园游会的成功；更是所有人的付出，才能带给民众愉快美好的回忆。

Box Hill celebrates the Year of the Monkey

Box Hill’s Chinese New Year festival on Saturday was a great success, with tens of thousands enjoying the entertainment, food, stalls and activities from early afternoon to the early hours of Sunday morning.

My stalls and the stalls of my fellow Liberals, Michael Sukkar, the Member for Deakin, and Julia Banks, the Liberal candidate for Chisholm, were busy meeting lots of visitors, who enjoyed receiving a calligraphy greeting, balloon or other gift, or winning a toy monkey in our competition.

My congratulations to the Asian Business Association of Whitehorse and to all the volunteers, performers, sponsors and other participants for making this event such an enjoyable occasion.
