Liberals will build East West Link

Liberal leader, Matthew Guy, has pledged that a Liberal Nationals government will build the East West Link if elected at November’s state election.

A Liberal Nationals government will also build the North East Link.  However, East West Link will be finished and opened first, putting an end to the traffic jams at the end of the Eastern Freeway before North East Link adds another 100,000 vehicles a day.

As well, under a Liberal Nationals government, the design of North East Link will be modified to reduce impacts on homes, properties and park lands.

Voters now have a clear choice – a Liberal Nationals government who will build East West Link and North East Link, or Labor who will only build North East Link and further jam up the Eastern Freeway.
